You work alternately in the planning office and at the reception of the radiology institute. In the radiology planning office, you schedule/process appointments with patients from external as well as internal registrants by phone and email. Part of the job also includes appointment preparation. At the reception, you welcome the patients and process image and report requests in our shipping program.
Start date March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
How to become part of our team
- Completed training as a medical secretary, medical/ hospital secretary, or MPA, with several years of professional experience
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and very good German skills
- Solid PC user skills
- Team player with high commitment, flexibility, and resilience
