- Sub-project management or work package responsibility from large projects or programs
- Compliance with internal and customer-side processes / execution regulations
- Project management in the matrix function including participation in internal RUAG projects
- Management of maintenance and modification projects with a focus on support systems of the Swiss Air Force
- Qualitative, timely, and financial responsibility for compliance with project specifications
- Contact person for all project-relevant stakeholders within RUAG AG, as well as the customer VBS (Air Force, armasuisse, LBA, Army Staff)
- Project interface to controlling, engineering, sales & commercial as well as to production and maintenance organization

- Completed technical education
- Further training in the technical or commercial field, e.g. technical clerk or technician
- Experience in project management in an industrial environment is desired
- Project management training, e.g. IPMA, is an advantage
- Good German skills required, English skills are an advantage
- Reliability, clean working method, and high sense of responsibility are basic requirements
- Resilient, team-oriented, committed, and communicative personality with endurance and flexibility
