Tasks
- Welcome and advise guests while coordinating spa bookings and billing.
- Conduct spa tours and provide expert information to guests.
- Take charge of early and late shifts, including daily closing tasks.
Skills
- Completed hotel training with 2+ years in a similar role required.
- Strong service orientation with knowledge of LQA standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally spa software like TAC RA.

Your profile
Completed training in the hotel industry and at least 2 years of experience in a comparable position
Strong service orientation with knowledge of LQA standards and passion for wellness & health
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally spa software such as TAC RA
Willingness to learn, flexibility, and a professional appearance in guest contact
