A 100% Deputy Technical Manager
To complete its team, Télé-Thyon SA is looking immediately or by agreement for:
Your missions:
- Replacement and support of the technical manager
- Technical and organizational management of the operation and maintenance of cable installations
- Planning and management of technical and operational staff
- Assistance with the technical training of personnel
- Maintenance and inspection work on chairlifts and ski lifts
- Troubleshooting and organization of operational measures in case of activity interruption
- Support to the technical manager in the development and compliance with the operating and investment budget and financial planning
- Support for apprenticeship training
Your profile:
- Have a higher technical education and a federal certificate as a "specialist in cable transport installations".
- Ideally have additional training in electricity.
- Several years of experience in the field of cable cars.
- Experience in personnel management.
- Flexibility, synthesis skills, initiative and decision-making, entrepreneurial spirit, ability to integrate a team spirit within the department.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good skiing skills
Start date: Immediately or by agreement
