In our traditional and future-oriented long-term care institution Senior Center Wiesengrund, the well-being of our residents is the focus. The privately run senior center offers a living space for 150 residents where they feel comfortable and are cared for according to their needs.

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and professionally skilled specialist 

RAI Responsibility 60% - 100% 

What you can achieve with us: 

• Management of the entire RAI-NH process at Senior Center Wiesengrund
• Correct application and further development of the electronic documentation system (RAI ePDoc.net)
• Support and training of nursing professionals in RAI documentation in collaboration with the care and support department management and quality management
• Participation in internal audits and projects in the area of care quality
• Controlling and verification of RAI classifications
• Continuous monitoring and evaluation of RAI-specific and national medical quality indicators
• Organization and implementation of internal RAI training, RAI experience groups as well as coaching and advising staff in the implementation of the RAI system/epDocnet
• Correspondence with health insurance companies regarding care classifications, support during health insurance audits
• Support and participation in clinical practice

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a nursing professional HF/FH or equivalent qualification
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Successful completion as RAI-NH expert BESAQsys
• Solid knowledge and experience with RAI-Soft and epDoc.net
• Analytical thinking, high IT affinity, and experience with electronic nursing documentation
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and didactic skills
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous improvement
