Our Client Channels Team is responsible for the further development of the physical and digital touchpoints of Zürcher Kantonalbank, where several million interactions are performed daily. The eBanking Control Framework, which you co-manage and continuously optimize, is a central part of the bank's digital strategy and focuses on ensuring quality, security, and customer experience in the digital channels.

Your tasks

Ensure that governance, quality, architecture, security, and UX requirements are mandatorily integrated into development
Establish clear standards and best practices to create a stable foundation for the development, integration, and operation of innovative services
Further develop the eBanking Control Framework
Promote close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, business engineers, developers, and department heads
Actively manage stakeholder relationships, gather requirements and needs, and advise all stakeholders
Prioritize and maintain the product backlog in an agile environment (SAFe or Scrum)
Regularly evaluate key figures as a basis for reporting

Your profile

University degree (FH or Uni) in computer science or business administration or equivalent education
Several years of experience in stakeholder management as well as in business analysis or requirements engineering
Experience in digital channels such as eBanking or mobile banking
High methodological competence in the agile project world
Strong communication skills and experience dealing with diverse stakeholders
Analytical thinking and a structured, detail-oriented working style
Very good German skills (C1-C2)
