Your main tasks

• Accompanying, supporting, and caring for patients
• Supporting cooperative and loyal collaboration within the team, with interdisciplinary services, and with other areas
• Recognizing and managing emergency situations and initiating all measures until the doctor arrives
• Introducing and supervising new employees, apprentices, and students and creating a pleasant learning environment
• As a vocational trainer, you take on pedagogical tasks within the learning situation and are responsible for the process-oriented management of learning objectives.
• You conscientiously act in your daily work to implement the training concept

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ and further training as a vocational trainer
• Experience in mentoring and joy in promoting and imparting knowledge to apprentices/students
• High quality and sense of responsibility and role model function
• Good organizational skills, flexibility, and resilience
• High social competence, team spirit, and commitment
• Good written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Through your enthusiasm for the profession and vocational training, you succeed in creating a motivating learning environment on the learning island together with the other vocational trainers
• Ability to plan, control, and accompany learning processes
• Creativity and flexibility in designing learning situations
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to respond individually to the needs of learners
