Full-time Accountant
Your mission
- Perform all tasks related to general accounting
- Carry out invoicing and debtor follow-up as well as processing delivery notes
- Manage and ensure complete follow-up of creditors, up to payment preparation
- Maintain and account for cash
- Process financing guarantees for residents outside the canton
- Assist the Deputy Finance Director in preparing interim and final closings as well as budgets
- Participate in the preparation of reports and statistics
- Apply the accounting plan according to the State directives in force within the foundation
- Occasionally welcome visitors and answer external phone calls
Your profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent training
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an accountant
- Experience in the accounting department of a social institution is an advantage
- Comfortable using computer tools; knowledge of ProConcept software is an advantage
- Rigor and precision in data processing
- Sense of responsibility and respect for confidentiality
- Autonomy, organizational skills, and priority management
- Listening skills and ability to promote interdisciplinary collaboration
