Full-time Accountant

Your mission

• Perform all tasks related to general accounting
• Carry out invoicing and debtor follow-up as well as processing delivery notes
• Manage and ensure complete follow-up of creditors, up to payment preparation
• Maintain and account for cash
• Process financing guarantees for residents outside the canton
• Assist the Deputy Finance Director in preparing interim and final closings as well as budgets
• Participate in the preparation of reports and statistics
• Apply the accounting plan according to the State directives in force within the foundation
• Occasionally welcome visitors and answer external phone calls

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent training
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an accountant
• Experience in the accounting department of a social institution is an advantage
• Comfortable using computer tools; knowledge of ProConcept software is an advantage
• Rigor and precision in data processing
• Sense of responsibility and respect for confidentiality
• Autonomy, organizational skills, and priority management
• Listening skills and ability to promote interdisciplinary collaboration
