Our client, the Senior Center Oberburg , cares for around 60 residents in need of care and support in the Bern region. Through their family-like and benevolent approach, traditional values, and sunny location, our client offers an excellent atmosphere for maintaining and promoting the quality of life of their residents. Due to succession planning, we are looking for a team-oriented, warm-hearted, committed, and flexible head of the dementia ward.

You care for and nurse 17 residents in their current life situations with your team. This responsible task includes the following duties

• You lead the dementia ward in professional and personnel matters with full responsibility
• You are actively involved in nursing the residents about 50% of the time
• You conduct conversations with relatives, doctors, and pastoral care
• In close cooperation with management, you actively engage in the further development of the institution, thus ensuring a high quality of care and support
• Your employees are promoted and challenged by you

• You have completed training as a certified nursing professional (HF) or FaGe
• You have several years of professional experience in caring for residents with dementia
• You have leadership experience, are responsible, and enjoy working in a team
