About the job

• You advise and support business customers around personalized gift ideas with our Lindt products
• You work hybrid: flexibly from home office, in close exchange with the central B2B team and directly on site with your customers. You will also receive a company car including private use
• You recognize needs, create tailored offers and successfully close them
• You maintain existing relationships and actively acquire new customers in your region
• You observe market and industry trends and derive concrete sales strategies from them
• You contribute to marketing and sales campaigns and drive your region forward with creative ideas
• With pride and entrepreneurial thinking, you are responsible for achieving your sales targets

• Completed commercial training or further education in sales or marketing
• Experience in internal or external sales and enthusiasm for high-quality branded products
• Independent, structured way of working and pronounced closing strength
• Positive appearance, empathy and joy in personal customer contact
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and goal orientation
• Confident handling of MS Office, CRM systems and SAP
• Business fluent German, good French and English skills are an advantage
• Driver's license category B
