VERY VARIED TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• In close collaboration with our HR manager for French-speaking Switzerland, you support managers and employees with your expert advice and in implementing solutions for all situations with a strong human component
• You handle recruitment and lead employer branding activities with schools and future talents
• You coordinate and ensure the overall follow-up of our commercial apprentices in the fiduciary field
• You organize welcome days for new employees in French-speaking Switzerland
• You contribute to various HR projects in the region and at the Swiss level, in a bilingual French-German environment.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a university of applied sciences/diploma/university degree or an equivalent qualification
• Successful experience of about 5 years in HR, including recruitment and support, enables you to carry out your tasks independently
• You have very good knowledge of labor law and social insurance
• You stand out with excellent social and communication skills and know how to create a true partnership relationship with your interlocutors
• Ideally, you have the company apprentice training certificate (CFFE) or are eager to obtain it quickly
• You are completely comfortable conversing fluently in German with our colleagues from the Swiss HR team (minimum German level C1)
• You easily take on new activities thanks to your flexibility, adaptability, and solution orientation
• The position is based in Epalinges. Regular travel (1 to 2 times per week) to our various sites in French-speaking Switzerland motivates your desire to engage with the teams.
