Commissioning Engineer (m/f/x)

Mission

Perform performance tests before factory acceptance and prepare our installations before delivery to customers, respecting quality guidelines, as well as the costs and deadlines of each project. Carry out the installation and commissioning of our installations at the client, mainly in Europe.

Main responsibilities and tasks

• Take charge of the installation in the workshop as soon as the electrical and mechanical checks are completed

• Program and prepare the different formats of the specifications

• Test and adjust the installation for factory acceptance (FAT) according to the test protocol

• Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT)

• Carry out the assembly and commissioning of the installation in the client environment

• Carry out the production start-up of the different formats provided in the specifications

• Participate in the final acceptance of the installation at the client (SAT)

• Train client personnel for operation and maintenance of the installation

• Prepare test reports at the factory and commissioning reports at the client

• Provide technical support to the client after commissioning and occasional troubleshooting at clients

Your profile

• Federal diploma (microtechnology, automation or mechanics)

• 5 years of experience in commissioning or after-sales service

• Excellent mastery of computer and office tools

• Comfortable with both the mechanical part and the electrical and software part of an industrial machine

• Fluency in French and English. Another language is an asset

• Availability to travel 100%. Duration of assignments at our clients up to 4 weeks on site
