For our care department in various care levels, we are looking for a committed and competent reinforcement for our team.
What you can expect from us:
Holistic care and support: You accompany our residents individually - with empathy and
professional competence
Collaboration: You actively shape the care processes and your precise care planning ensures the quality and success of our work
Primary nursing: You care not only for people but also for relationships - with relatives, colleagues, doctors, and
therapists
What you bring:
A diploma as a nursing professional: HR, FH or equivalent
Experience in long-term care: Is a plus - but not mandatory. With your knowledge, you enrich your
team and bring added value for our residents in complex care situations
Heart, mind, responsibility & humor: You bring the complete package to handle the demanding but fulfilling moments in everyday care
Teamwork and responsibility: You enjoy working hand in hand with your colleagues, take responsibility, and thus actively contribute to a harmonious working environment
Language skills: You are fluent in German and preferably have good French skills
