Your responsibilities

Job description:

We are looking for a person to join our finance backoffice team. The selected person will be responsible for data research activities, telephone communications with medical offices and health insurance companies, as well as invoice management and correction. Good communication and collaboration skills with colleagues are required, along with particular attention to detail and the ability to manage situations under pressure.

Main responsibilities:

Data research and collection

Telephone contacts with medical offices

Communications with health insurance companies

Invoice correction and management

Your Profile

Languages: Italian, Swiss German, and French

Excellent communication skills

Teamwork attitude

Precision and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure

Knowledge of the healthcare system is a plus
