- You support the group management in leadership, planning, and organizational tasks
- You manage the daily business and think in a broader context.
- You contribute ideas, take responsibility for improvements, and actively shape the path of the station
- You efficiently and future-oriented design the station organization, incorporating the Lean Healthcare philosophy
- You accompany and empower team members in the change process
- You ensure a high quality of care in close collaboration with interdisciplinary partners
Your competencies
- Completed studies as a midwife with at least 2 years of experience
- High patient orientation and interest in leadership topics
- Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and assertiveness
- Interest in the field of gynecology
- Strong communication skills, ability to reflect, and a respectful approach to employees, patients, and their families
- Active contribution to promoting an open, learning-oriented, and solution-focused team culture
