• You support the group management in leadership, planning, and organizational tasks
• You manage the daily business and think in a broader context.
• You contribute ideas, take responsibility for improvements, and actively shape the path of the station
• You efficiently and future-oriented design the station organization, incorporating the Lean Healthcare philosophy
• You accompany and empower team members in the change process
• You ensure a high quality of care in close collaboration with interdisciplinary partners

• Completed studies as a midwife with at least 2 years of experience
• High patient orientation and interest in leadership topics
• Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and assertiveness
• Interest in the field of gynecology
• Strong communication skills, ability to reflect, and a respectful approach to employees, patients, and their families
• Active contribution to promoting an open, learning-oriented, and solution-focused team culture
• Enjoyment in shaping innovations and changes as well as influencing the future of midwifery fmi
