Your Tasks
In daily operations, you ensure a safe, discreet, and service-oriented transport of our guests.
- Welcoming and seeing off guests upon arrival and departure
- Assisting guests when getting in and out of vehicles
- Providing a professional valet parking service
- Carrying out regional, national, and international transfer rides
- Organizing and handling airport services including pick-up, coordination, and check-in
- Caring for VIP guests with high service expectations
- Running errands on behalf of the concierge
- Helping with loading and unloading luggage upon arrival and departure
Your Profile
For this role, you bring service awareness, responsibility, and joy in dealing with guests.
- Completed school education
- Valid driving license category B with additional BPT 121
- Professional experience in a comparable role
- Experience in guest care in the luxury segment
- Basic PC skills are an advantage
- Structured, reliable, and conscientious working style
- Flexible, resilient, and team-oriented personality
- Courteous, fluent, and communicative demeanor towards demanding guests
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
