We are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a
Assistant: Head of University Communication 50%
In this role, you support the Head of University Communication in administrative, organizational, and planning matters. You are the central hub between management, team, and internal interfaces. As a competent trusted and integrative person, you ensure that the flow of information is always guaranteed.
Your tasks
- Processing incoming mail
- Managing the agenda
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Monitoring pending tasks
- Preparing applications, reports, and presentations according to the guidelines of the Head of University Communication
- Taking minutes in various meetings
Your profile
For this position, we are looking for an initiative-taking, prudent, and team-oriented personality with very good organizational skills, who has commercial training and professional experience in a similar role. A quick grasp, structured working style, solid IT user skills, confident German, and good oral and written English skills are among your strengths. You work precisely and reliably. Loyalty and discretion are a matter of course for you. Your affinity for the cultural sector as well as the education sector allows you to integrate well into the university environment.
