What to expect
- Collaboration in the Operations team with direct reporting line to the Head of Operations Inbound & Projects and activity at the center of the entire logistics
- Analysis of cross-departmental logistics processes and workflows as well as creating transparency about the current state based on solid data and key figures
- Development and implementation of optimizations to increase efficiency and quality – from intralogistics processes to personnel deployment planning
- Leading projects both top-down and bottom-up as well as effective implementation of ideas from the organization
- Close cooperation with interfaces and leads of various departments as well as ensuring that all parties involved are engaged
- Moderation of workshops and meetings as well as responsibility for project success regarding time, quality, and costs
- Building a holistic understanding of logistics, deepening process know-how, and using the role as a springboard towards a leadership position
What you bring
- Completed higher education (HF/FH) in logistics, supply chain, process management, or a comparable field
- Experience in projects as well as in the analysis and optimization of processes, ideally in logistics or industry-related environments
- Strong analytical thinking skills as well as structured, precise, and understandable presentation of figures
- High process understanding and the ability to quickly recognize complex relationships
- Confident appearance as well as a sociable and reliable manner in dealing with various stakeholders
- Structured, independent working style and confidence in dealing with unclear or dynamic situations
- Fluent German skills and impeccable reputation
