Job Description

• Your core tasks include the strategic planning and successful implementation of projects aimed at sustainably improving the customer experience.
• You define clear goals, create realistic schedules, and ensure efficient use of available resources.
• Furthermore, you actively integrate the customer perspective into all project phases by analyzing our customers' needs and consistently considering their requirements.
• In close collaboration with other departments and decision-makers, you incorporate their viewpoints and promote a holistic approach.
• In addition, you monitor relevant KPIs, derive optimization measures, and ensure that results are communicated transparently.

Qualifications

• You have completed a bachelor's degree with the goal of pursuing a master's degree. Degree programs with an economic focus, preferably with an emphasis on project management, marketing, or sales, are particularly suitable.
• Thanks to your structured and solution-oriented way of working, you succeed in planning and managing projects efficiently.
• Your strong customer orientation helps you keep the customers' perspective in mind and actively include it in your activities.
• In contact with various stakeholders, you are characterized above all by strong communication skills.
• You communicate confidently and fluently in both German and English.

The PreMaster program is a two-stage qualification program for committed bachelor graduates who aim to pursue a master's degree. After the bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience to get to know the technical and entrepreneurial contexts. The second phase includes the master's studies and involves further events and seminars as well as personal support from a mentor on the way to successful completion.
