Our department is responsible for the editorial content and communication channels of the product brand Swisscanto and creates communication and marketing materials for investment products as well as the service portfolio for the target markets Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and Spain.

Your tasks

Coordination with country agencies: You are the central interface to our partner agencies and sales teams in Germany, Italy, and Spain, ensuring smooth exchange. You provide content, coordinate the editorial planning of the individual countries with the Investment Writing Team, and exchange information with portfolio management on specific media inquiries. Ideally, you can communicate in the respective national language and proofread translated content.
Editorial support for the Swisscanto pension fund study: You support the creation and publication of the Swisscanto Swiss pension fund study. You are responsible for project management, take on coordinating and editorial tasks, and ensure that the content is clear, precise, and appealing across all communication channels.
Project management: You plan, coordinate, and monitor communication projects, keep deadlines in view, and ensure successful implementation. You are our administrative conscience and assist the team with document filing and planning tools.
Text creation: You support the Investment Writing Team and write target group-oriented and creative content for various channels such as website, social media, newsletter, and print media where necessary. You are proficient in using supporting AI tools.

Your profile

A completed degree in communication, journalism, marketing, or professional experience in a comparable position
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with international teams
Organizational talent and experience in project management
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form as well as good Italian, Spanish, and French skills
Writing skills are an advantage
You score with your convincing appearance as well as your pronounced personal responsibility and can communicate at eye level across all hierarchical levels
Your service orientation with a strong affinity for digital channels rounds off your profile
