Manufacturing - Production | Lucerne | 40% - 60% | from 01.01.2026 or by arrangement

Your tasks

Production of chocolate products in collaboration with people with mental disabilities
Responsibility for setting up and preparing our equipment in the manufactory
Production of fine broken and bar chocolates, Branchlis as well as various Christmas and Easter products
Realization of products according to individual customer wishes
Support in the development of new product ideas
Compliance with quality and safety requirements as well as hygiene standards
Administrative tasks and representation of the workload partner during their absence

Your profile

Completed training as a Pastry Chef/Confectioner EFZ
Joy in the learned profession as well as working in a team with people with disabilities
Experience in operating production equipment for chocolate processing
Precise and quality-conscious working method as well as resilience
Mobility and flexibility, especially during the Christmas and Easter season
Good German skills in spoken and written form
Solid PC skills are an advantage

Working hours: regulated between 07:30 and 17:00
