In this role, you take responsibility and actively contribute to handling daily business. Your areas of responsibility* Processing and completion of administrative tasks in the office Planning events Creating offers Customer calls Support in sales Support in marketing Creating lists and tables Various office tasks* Assistance in the execution of events as well as in preparation and follow-up Inventory management Setup and dismantling at events Guest care on event day Food production Service/bar tasks Cleanliness control Receiving deliveries Cleaning of storage and equipment Various warehouse tasksYour profile Successfully completed commercial basic training or several years of experience Initial professional experience in the areas of gastronomy, hospitality, event, or logistics Independent and reliable working style with willingness to take on additional tasks You are flexible in terms of time, as our events take place at any time of the day Excellent organizational talent and noticeable joy in work Fluent German skills are required Driving license class BYour prospectsWith us, you have the opportunity to actively participate in a highly dynamic environment.
