The Sozialwerk Pfarrer Sieber Foundation (SWS) is committed to helping those in need based on the Gospel. With over 190 employees and 350 volunteers, it operates several facilities in the health and social sectors in Zurich and the surrounding area, offering assistance especially with homelessness, substance addiction, and other related health and social problems.

Our specialized hospital for social medicine and addiction diseases, Sune-Egge, offers inpatient and outpatient treatment for patients with combined somatic and psychiatric illnesses. We have 22 acute and 20 long-term care beds available for them and work closely with public hospitals, doctors, local specialist agencies, and addiction support institutions.

The hospital's own social counseling service seeks, for the purpose of stabilizing the personal situation of our patients, together with them and within the framework of social work interventions, internal and external follow-up solutions and refers to appropriate agencies.

• Psychosocial and administrative counseling and support of inpatient and outpatient patients including case management and documentation
• Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team of medical service/nursing service/social counseling, as well as with external agencies
• Participation in specialist groups of the Sune-Egge specialized hospital

• You have completed training as a social worker FH
• Ideally, you have professional experience in addiction work and/or hospital social work as well as counseling
• You value teamwork in an interprofessional team
• You are a communicative, resilient, and empathetic personality
• You can manage your daily work well, are a reliable contact person, and possess a high degree of flexibility
