The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our services range from advisory services for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care, as well as home care and support. At the Regensdorf location, we offer 54 residents a family-like environment with professional nursing care.
- Ensuring high-quality nursing care for our residents
- Reviewing nursing quality and implementing quality management
- Personnel, professional, and organizational leadership of a team according to skill and grade mix
- Promotion and development of nursing and care quality
- Conducting regular team meetings
- Interdisciplinary collaboration including external partners such as social services, general practitioners, Spitex, municipalities, etc.
- Implementation of operational guidelines
- Training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in acute or long-term care
- Several years of leadership experience desired
- RAI-LTCF knowledge desired
- High social and professional competence as well as openness to new things
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing (at least C1)
- You have pronounced social skills and appreciate interprofessional collaboration
- High sense of responsibility, independence, and flexibility characterize you
