What you will accomplish

• Organize, coordinate, and motivate your team on seamless flooring sites (epoxy, PU, sanded, etc.).
• Ensure that every preparation, mixing, and application is carried out according to the rules of the art… and without a hitch.
• Guarantee the quality of finishes, respect deadlines, safety, and environmental standards.
• Actively participate on site – here, team leaders lead by example.
• Ensure smooth communication between the site, the project manager, and the clients.

What you need to shine

• Training in the construction or flooring field, and above all solid field experience.
• Perfect mastery of resin products and their application techniques.
• Natural leadership, good team management, and a spirit of initiative.
• The rigor of a leader and the agility of a craftswoman: you demonstrate exemplary behavior and know how to adapt.
