Coordinator for Volunteer Work in the Elderly Sector (60%)
- You recruit and support volunteers who want to engage with elderly people in the municipality of Köniz
- You coordinate, supervise, and further develop the low-threshold, volunteer-run "InfoTreff Alter" offer together with the volunteers
- You administer, document, and ensure the quality of volunteer work
- You represent your colleague in coordinating neighborhood assistance for elderly people "Zeit-Netz Köniz"
- You work in a network with other actors in the elderly sector and engage in public relations for volunteer offers
- You create a concept for expanding neighborhood assistance to other target groups such as migrants and families
- You have a higher professional education in the social or health sector, supplemented by further training in volunteer management, project management, or community work
- You bring knowledge and professional experience in the elderly sector, ideally supplemented with migration and family policy knowledge
- You have good conceptual skills and think and act in a networked way
- You can confidently manage projects
- You enjoy working with people
- You are a communicative, cooperative, and team-oriented personality
- Your working style is independent and solution-oriented
