Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing EFZ, looking for an exciting permanent position

• Operation of the Kekeisen UBF 4700 bed milling machine
• Creation, maintenance and optimization of workpiece programs on Heidenhain controls
• Independent setup of workpieces according to technical drawings and part documentation
• Definition, compilation and management of the required tools
• Measurement of tools on the Zoller Venturion 450
• Carrying out simple quality checks on manufactured components
• Post-processing of workpieces by deburring, cleaning and oiling
• Performing simple maintenance and servicing work on machining centers

• Completed technical vocational training (polymechanic, toolmaker or machine mechanic)
• Experience in CNC machining with Heidenhain control
• Enthusiasm for mechanical engineering and CNC technology
• Independent, precise and responsible
• Team player, motivated and ready to work
