Co-Manager for the Residential Area (Outreach Team) 80%
You are responsible as co-manager for the personnel, structural, and organizational leadership of a team of around 30 employees of all functional levels, who support about 70 residents in various living arrangements with different needs. The team has been newly composed due to the ongoing organizational development process. You enjoy accompanying, supporting, and promoting the employees on this path. Your talent and commitment to optimizing processes and driving further development is a great asset for working in the interprofessional team. In collaboration with the other co-managers and the professional leaders from the disciplines of psychiatry, pedagogy, somatics, and BESA, you actively contribute, help shape, and take responsibility.
You have a HF or FH degree (psychiatry, social sector, or nursing) and ideally completed leadership training. Your already gained leadership experience enables you to have high decision-making and implementation skills. You convince with negotiation skills, resilience, and your flair for interdisciplinary collaboration. Dealing with psychiatrically demanding clientele particularly appeals to you and is not entirely new to you. With your pronounced social competence and humorous manner, you succeed in strengthening your team in consulting and coaching matters. We wish for a person who contributes to a positive working atmosphere, lives our values, and appreciates the diversity, uniqueness, and vitality at Schlogari.
