Purpose of the Role

Creation of work and production plans in the CAD program. (CadWork)

Main Tasks

• Creating work and production plans using Cadwork 2D and 3D planning
• Work preparation within the framework of the specified project goals
• Creating material lists, quantity extracts, and loading plans
• Preparation of machine data for CNC processing (CAD-CAM interface)
• Communication and interface coordination with internal and external specialist planners
• Interactive exchange with execution, production, and assembly personnel
• Support of the acquisition department

What You Bring

• Training as a timber construction technician, carpenter, joiner, or draftsman specializing in architecture
• Professional experience in work preparation for timber construction
• User knowledge of the MS Office suite and CAD software
• Good German skills in writing and speaking
• A fascination for timber construction and the ability to find creative and innovative solutions

It is a great advantage if you additionally bring the following

• Experience as a draftsman / designer in timber construction
• Cadwork 2D / 3D program knowledge
• Familiarity with Swiss building regulations
