About the job

• You will be part of a dynamic team operating in the attractive aviation business field
• In the role of Finance Business Partner, you are responsible for the financial management and transparency of several service-providing cost centers. You act as a sparring partner for the Business Managers and the Head of Finance Business Partnering Air
• You work accurately and ensure financial governance
• Together with the Business Managers, you ensure transparent and reliable cost center planning and reporting, additionally for internal projects
• With the Business Manager, you analyze and comment on the results, prepare the forecast and financial planning
• You ensure high-quality financial statements within your area of responsibility

• Business administration training, ideally with further education in finance/controlling (federal diploma)
• Experience in a similar role and great passion for controlling
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Responsible and economical way of thinking and acting
• Communicative, resilient, and motivated personality with high self-responsibility, as well as good analytical and communication skills
• Very good German skills, as well as English skills in spoken and written form
• Travel activity to other RUAG locations in Switzerland
