Your Tasks
- Creating and implementing the care concept of activating-therapeutic care in orthopedic and/or psychosomatic rehabilitation.
- Implementation, assurance, and evaluation of care planning and the care process.
- Performing nursing assessments and treatments as well as their documentation.
- Comprehensive support, advice, assistance, and care of the rehabilitants.
- Instructing rehabilitants in the implementation of hygiene requirements.
- Medication administration and monitoring
- Charting
- Leading the daily structuring group
- Participation in interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Implementation of quality assurance measures.
- Implementation of hygiene measures.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed training as a nursing specialist.
- Good computer skills.
- Very good social skills in dealing with patients and their relatives.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with empathy and ability to set boundaries
- Commitment, communication, and organizational talent.
