In the important role of property manager within the Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) department, you oversee the overall management of your portfolio. You juggle the various challenges of each property and its stakeholders and act as an intermediary between all parties. Our client is a highly renowned corporate client (CREM) and the properties to be managed are well-located commercial buildings.

What you can achieve with us.
- Thanks to your business management thinking and actions, you independently manage the portfolio assigned to you and are supported by Lease Accounting and Lease Administration.
- You are the contact person for property owners, tenants and landlords (leasing) and support them with their requests.
- As a representative of interests, you liaise with authorities, facility managers and other real estate stakeholders.
- You negotiate lease contracts and make adjustments to lease agreements and rents.
- You ensure market-compliant leasing and are responsible for leasing and managing vacant properties.
- In the event of tenant changes, you handle the handover and receipt of premises and support the construction department during the removal of tenant fittings (leasing).
- You regularly report on the current status of various pending cases through reports prepared and managed by our Key Account Management.
What defines you.
- You have a basic commercial education or equivalent training as well as the federal certificate as a property manager.
- With several years of professional experience in a similar role, you are already very familiar with the processes and challenges.
- Common IT applications (MS Office) pose no problem for you.
- If you have experience with the SAP RE-FX management software, that is an advantage.
- A good command of German is a plus.
- You express yourself skilfully both orally and in writing and convince with your strong service orientation.
- You have an independent and reliable working method.
