Since May 2023, we have been operating a specialised palliative care department with 8 beds, integrated into an internal medicine ward, and are therefore looking for a committed individual from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as

Exciting challenges await you

• Care and support of patients in sometimes complex situations and within a multidisciplinary treatment team
• Responsibility and management of the nursing process for assigned patients as well as delegation of tasks to nursing assistants, care aides, and interns
• Close collaboration with other professional groups involved in the treatment process and contributing to a respectful team culture

What distinguishes you for the job

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH in Switzerland or at least 5 years of acute hospital experience in Switzerland
• Open-minded, eager to learn, and responsible person with a professional working style
• Proactively and motivatedly supporting the deployment team
• Proficient in computer/software use (patient documentation KISIM)
• Resilience, flexibility, good organisational skills
• Innovative spirit and openness to future-oriented changes
• Commitment to successful team and nursing development
• Very good oral and written German skills
