Professional, personnel, financial, and organizational management of the Direct Payments Department with the areas of responsibility of land and lease law and animal breeding Implementation of structural data collection and farm approvals Processing of direct payments for around 560 agricultural and 110 summering farms Implementation of adjustments in enforcement according to agricultural policy Application responsibility for the agricultural information system NikA Coordination with the federal government, other offices, control organizations, municipal agricultural officials, and the NikA cantons
