Job Description

Under the responsibility of the Stock Manager, you ensure the coordination and smooth running of stock management operations, while guaranteeing respect for deadlines, quality, safety, and costs. You support the teams daily and actively contribute to improving performance and the reliability of processes.

In this context, your activities include:

• Organising and coordinating the daily activity of the team by distributing the various operations: reception, stocking, picking, repackaging, control, inventories, etc.
• Ensuring the continuity and compliance of operations, by monitoring adherence to procedures and the reliability of incoming and outgoing flows
• Driving the performance of the activity through monitoring KPIs, analysing discrepancies, and implementing improvement and operational excellence actions
• Supervising and supporting the team, promoting skills development, clear instruction transmission, and compliance with safety rules
• Ensuring the link between the team and the Stock Manager, providing regular reporting, and actively contributing to the reorganisation and continuous improvement of the service

Qualifications

• You have experience in team management and/or stock management, logistics, or a similar operational environment
• You are recognised for your organisation and ability to manage priorities
• You demonstrate leadership and good interpersonal skills
• You are rigorous, solution-oriented, and enjoy teamwork
• You speak fluent French and English is a plus
