As Group Internal Audit, we audit and advise VP Bank AG as well as all group companies at home and abroad. To ensure our independence, we report directly to the Board of Directors of the VP Bank Group. We deal with all topics of the VP Bank Group, and our field of activity is accordingly very broad, diverse, and varied. For our team in Liechtenstein, we are looking for reinforcement to be able to carry out our mandate as Group Internal Audit in a dynamic and exciting environment with high quality.
Your challenge
- As part of our team in Liechtenstein, you are actively involved in the planning, execution, and reporting of IT audits.
- You independently and reliably handle topics within your responsibility, such as risk assessments, audit planning, or conducting IT audits.
- You identify weaknesses in IT environments, processes, and control systems, analyze risks, and develop tailored recommendations for optimization.
- You maintain regular communication with IT specialists and executives of the VP Bank Group to stay informed about current developments.
- You support the team in audits, investigations, or project reviews.
- You show interest in our foreign locations and are willing to accompany the team on international assignments.
Your profile
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ or a university degree (university or university of applied sciences) in computer science, business informatics, or a related field and have at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in banking, audit, or consulting (financial sector).
- You hold a certification as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or are willing to obtain it in the near future.
- You have good knowledge in the areas of cybersecurity, cloud, and artificial intelligence and want to further develop your knowledge in these areas.
- You are experienced in using Microsoft Office and are able to prepare and present relevant information for our audits through data analysis. Knowledge of the Python programming language is an advantage.
- Avaloq user knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and a precise, careful working style characterize you.
- You work independently and place great value on objectivity, integrity, and adherence to ethical standards.
- You appreciate contact with colleagues from various areas and hierarchical levels and have the ability to identify problems and risks as well as develop effective solutions.
- Fluent German skills as well as business fluent English skills in speaking and writing enable you to write precise audit reports and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
