Tasks
- Job coaching according to the "Supported Employment" methodology
- Support for psychologically and/or physically impaired persons during training, an internship, a new activity, or job search
- Acquisition of placement positions in the primary labor market
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary and interprofessional team at the St. Gallen location
- Active coordination with insurance carriers and medical professionals
- Maintenance of employer contacts in the Eastern Switzerland region
- Administrative work and reporting related to the implemented measures
- Support in the further development and expansion of the location and network
Profile
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) or completed studies (FH, University)
- Coaching training, ideally job coaching according to Supported Employment
- Several years of experience in labor integration as well as collaboration with social insurance
- Experience in acquiring follow-up solutions for people in the labor integration process
- Non-judgmental approach to people of different cultures and backgrounds as well as enjoyment in working with people requiring support
- Very independent, efficient, and precise working style
- High flexibility and team-oriented work in the interdisciplinary and interprofessional team
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in German
- Medical knowledge is an advantage
- Very good PC skills (MS Office)
