Marketing Specialist 70 - 80%
For the university communication department, we are looking for a committed, strategic-thinking, and creative personality starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
As a marketing specialist at HfH, you will play a key role in increasing the university's visibility and ensuring professional, target group-oriented marketing.
Your area of responsibility
- Further development and implementation of the marketing concept
- Management of brand awareness campaigns including target definition (CTR, views)
- Coordination with product marketing campaigns (education, further training)
- Development and editing of customer journeys in collaboration with product managers
- Leading role in building a CRM for managing customer segments
- Development of a marketing strategy for HfH's service offerings including an action plan
- Development and implementation of a concept for gaining and retaining readers for our university magazine "Heilpädagogik Aktuell"
- Continuous monitoring of the university environment to specifically develop effective communication and marketing channels
- Ensuring smooth information flow through active interface work, especially managing the interface to business applications
Your profile
- Completed studies with a focus on marketing (Bachelor with relevant further education or Master)
- Several years of solid professional experience in the marketing environment
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and agencies
- Up-to-date marketing knowledge, especially in the area of customer journeys
- Technical know-how in Office365, HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools as well as CRM
- Very good German skills as well as English or French skills are an advantage
- Strong communication and social skills
- Structured, efficient, and coordination-strong working style
- High consulting competence and ability for lateral leadership
