• Whether digital services, card loss, or suspicious transactions – you quickly find a solution and reliably support your customers.

Your Profile:

• A completed apprenticeship or A-levels.
• Very good spoken German and French skills.
• Enjoy understanding customer concerns quickly and working solution-oriented.
• A reliable, independent working style and a high sense of responsibility.
• Interest in digital financial products and good technical understanding.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in customer contact.
