For our Atelier 20-23 in Stein, we are looking for a Co-Team Leader 50% (m/f/d) starting 1.4.2026 (limited until 31.1.2027) or by arrangement
Your mission
- Leading several atelier groups (Atelier 20–23) as co-team leader together with another manager
- Managing a team of experienced employees as well as supporting apprentices and interns
- Shaping the framework conditions together with people in need of support and the team so that strengths and abilities are prioritized and can be further developed
- Maintaining contact with relatives and legal guardians
- Responsibility for leadership key figures
- Participation in projects and development of own products
- Implementation of requirements in hygiene, care, safety, and budget
Your profile
- Training in social pedagogy or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience with people in need of support
- High motivation for team leadership and further development of Atelier 20–23
- Leadership experience is an advantage
