Role and Responsibilities
Your tasks, you…
- take over the comprehensive care of our locally employed expats from South Korea, including applying for residence and work permits, apartment search, school placement organization as well as support with relocations
- organize various services such as insurance, bank accounts, temporary accommodations and are the central contact person for individual concerns
- support in the area of Workplace Solutions, e.g., managing company credit cards, mobile phones, access badges as well as reporting and environmental reports
- actively participate in facility management – from procuring office furniture to organizing internal moves
- coordinate transport services and assist in the care of VIP guests
- work closely with reception and take over daily mail processing as well as team representation tasks
Skills and Qualifications
Your profile, you…
- have completed commercial basic training (Profile E) and have experience in expatriate management or reception
- are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- have very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- work independently, structured, and solution-oriented – even under high pressure
- characterize yourself by pronounced customer orientation, flexibility, and a professional appearance
- ideally bring a driver's license (category B) as well as a first aid course
