Your passion

Take overall responsibility

You independently, efficiently, and effectively manage finance and accounting and prepare interim financial statements as well as the annual financial statement according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER 21 in coordination with the CFO.

Numbers under control

You are responsible for the general ledger and asset accounting and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. In the area of accounts receivable and accounts payable, you are supported by two colleagues from the admin team.

Manage liquidity

You take over liquidity reporting including forecasting and work together with the CFO in the area of liquidity management.

Reporting with added value

You prepare meaningful management reports (including for the supervisor cockpit) and provide well-founded decision-making bases.

Rethink processes

You continuously optimize and develop internal financial processes and consistently leverage the potential of digitalization.

Your profile

Education & experience

You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting (e.g., professional certificate in finance and accounting or equivalent). Several years of experience in a comparable, independent role characterize you. You have confidence in closing accounts according to OR and ideally experience with Swiss GAAP FER 21. In addition, you have in-depth knowledge of the ERP software Abacus as well as Office 365.

Skills & personality

You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented. Furthermore, you are open in dealing with internal and external parties.

High IT affinity and interest in digitalization enable you to design and further develop processes efficiently. You think economically, act independently, reliably, and discreetly, and take on responsibility with joy and a desire to shape.
