- Versatile and exciting telephone as well as personal advice to our customers and sale of needs-based insurance solutions
- Independent acceptance and processing of customer inquiries, with the goal of achieving the best customer satisfaction
- Collaboration in a dynamic and committed team with sales targets
- Active market development on behalf of the supervisor
- Preparation of offers and customer correspondence in the private customer business
- Implementation of measures for portfolio retention and customer recovery
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial or industry-related (health sector) training as well as solid sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- VBV training completed or willingness to complete it as soon as possible
- Local roots and place of residence are an advantage
- Communicative, reliable and resilient personality
- High initiative, a success-oriented attitude as well as a high degree of empathy
- Enjoyment of customer contact and active sales
- Strong advisory competence characterized by a high customer and service orientation
- Fluent oral and written expression in German, any additional language is an advantage
- Solid MS Office skills
