• Acceptance, cleaning, and storage of various types of grain and by-products from the food industry
• Quality control and assessment of raw materials
• Processing, grinding, and mixing of raw products according to animal type and nutritional goal
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring the production process
• Control and assurance of the quality of end products

• Interest in processing natural products
• Interest in working with modern machines and plant controls
• Good IT skills
• Technical understanding
• Reliability and hygiene awareness
• Resilience, teamwork ability, and willingness to work irregular hours (partly shift work)

• Practical and varied training
• Support from experienced practical and vocational trainers
• Annual learning event
