The Burgerspittel is the senior institution of the Burgergemeinde Bern. In a refined atmosphere, we offer care and support as well as numerous hospitality services for around 190 elderly residents. We cultivate a warm welcome culture and treat employees and residents openly and appreciatively.
About 160 residents live in the Viererfeld, with or without care needs. To ensure personal safety, a 24-hour nurse call is available to all residents. The staff of the "Night Care Team" ensure care and response to the nurse call at night in the Viererfeld.

These are your tasks
- Implementation of care measures with a focus on safety and well-being
- Careful documentation of nursing and technical activities
- In emergencies, you are the contact person for doctors, hospital, and relatives
- Accompanying and supporting residents and relatives
- Ensuring care quality by adhering to instructions and guidelines

- Completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Independent and responsible work
- Attentive listening and respectful communication
- Humorous and appreciative attitude towards our residents
- Good oral and written German skills and you understand Swiss German dialect
