The privately run senior center in the heart of the city of Winterthur offers a living and living space for 150 residents where they feel comfortable and are cared for according to their needs. The Senior Center Wiesengrund is a recognized and popular facility in the healthcare sector.

What you can achieve with us:

• Ensuring professional, resident- and relative-centered care and support
• MDS coordination according to RAI-NH
• Participation in the development of care quality and its implementation in the residential group
• Co-responsibility for the correct implementation of care plans
• You report objectively and are responsible for clear and complete documentation in epDoc.net
• You support the design of resident activities

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional or health professional as well as professional experience in this role
• Expertise with experience in geriatrics and palliative care
• RAI-NH/PC knowledge available
• Willingness to participate in the implementation of quality standards
• Experience in the care and support of people with a tracheostomy/ventilation
• Confident communication skills in the German language
• Competent and professional appearance
• Ideally an additional qualification in intensive care or intermediate care
• High social competence and commitment to constructive, interprofessional collaboration
• Strong customer orientation and service readiness
• Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people and their relatives
• Independent, committed working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Quick comprehension, flexibility, and resilience
