YOUR FUTURE TASKS:

• You independently manage the recruitment for our location in Bern or St. Gallen from A to Z and thus contribute significantly to the company's success. Our mainly sought profiles are software consultants – occasionally you also recruit for other vacancies – which makes your job additionally interesting.
• Besides your daily work in Bern or St. Gallen and the home office, you are present at our Bern location at least once a week to actively exchange ideas with your team colleagues.
• As a change, there are diverse additional tasks in the area of employer branding as well as the implementation of HR projects.
• You support employees and managers empathetically in all HR recruitment-related matters.

YOUR SKILLS AND STRENGTHS:

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and very good people skills.
• What do we imagine in your educational background? Not so easy, many paths lead to us. Promising are certainly a commercial basic education with completed further training in the HR field or several years of experience in a comparable position.
• You are interested in personnel topics and are driven by ambition when it comes to recruiting the right person at the right time.
• You work precisely and structured. You have a high sense of responsibility and enjoy working independently. You are confident and assertive.
• Your colleagues look forward to reinforcement from an uncomplicated person who likes to laugh, even at themselves. And yes, there is a lot of work waiting for you. "Gring ache u seckle" should not be foreign to you. It's worth it, promised.
