Welcome to the fascinating world of taxes! The cantonal tax office collects taxes for the federal government, the canton, and the municipalities together with the municipal tax offices. We support individuals and businesses throughout the tax collection process. Around 800 qualified employees are committed to this at our location in Zurich Altstetten.

For our collection team in the tax collection department, we are looking for suitable reinforcement starting from 01.10.2025 or by agreement.

This is what you can expect

Initiating and controlling enforcement actions according to the Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) for all tax claims and loss certificates assigned to the cantonal tax office
Processing bankruptcy and liquidation cases
Creating requests for legal opening and realization
Reviewing incoming requests for deferral and installment payments
Performing control tasks
Telephone and written contact with taxpayers, offices, and other contacts
Responsibility for the collection and maintenance of all inheritance and gift taxes as well as older back taxes and tax penalties according to SchKG

Commercial basic training
Experience in the field of collection / SchKG

Good communication skills and fluent German
