Your Challenges
As a Product Specialist, you are the central contact person for our customers and coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
The following tasks await you:
- You competently advise and support our customers from requirements analysis through the parameterization of our software to the implementation of individual solutions.
- You work closely with the various specialist teams to implement the requirements efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your Profile
- Completed studies (FH, university) in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or Business Informatics.
- In-depth knowledge in credit business, especially in the area of mortgage loans.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking as well as a structured, methodical way of working.
- Professional appearance, high customer orientation and pronounced communication skills.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French and/or English are a plus.
- Technological understanding.
- Committed, solution-oriented personality with initiative and team spirit.
