Your role
Are you between 25 and 45 years old, an organizational talent and have experience in leading a team? Then we look forward to meeting you.
We are looking for an organized, decisive and resilient personality. As Team Leader Dispatch, you are responsible for the entire dispatch as well as for the support and leadership of the poster installers.
Your tasks
- Leading employees including working time control and vacation planning
- Deployment planning and work preparation
- Maintenance of the data sets of the poster networks
- Goods receipt and dispatch
- Organization of nationwide poster distributions: planning, coordinating and implementing advertising campaigns
- Responsibility for the vehicle fleet
- Preparation of payrolls
- Registration and handling of UVG cases
Your profile
- Completed training in logistics and/or commercial (e.g. commercial diploma) or a technical basic education
- Very independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Strong organizational talent as well as good team and communication skills
- Assertiveness and high resilience
- Good comprehension as well as solution- and service-oriented thinking
- Good knowledge of the city
- Very good computer skills
- Driver's license category B
- Very good oral and written German skills
